This piece from Maharashtra, contains beads woven together
in a harmonius 3-D geometry. Each bead is the size of a small pea and has detailed work not just
on the face that is visible, but all around. Flowers adorn the top and bottom of each bead.
It is this attention to detail that speaks of the craftsman's passion for his craft.
Such pieces were abundant in the era gone by.
