The 'hansli' is a unique piece from Rajasthan.
It is rigid and is fitted on to the woman's neck and then tightend using special tools.
Thereafter traditionally, it remains a permanent fixture, and cannot be taken off easily.
This particular piece in solid silver (hollow ones are available as well)
has had its mouth opened wide enough for easy wearing.
The simple tribal hand crafting contains elegant classic motifs.
